Absolutely. You don’t need to have it all figured out. That’s what the first conversation is for – we’ll talk through where you are and explore what might feel like the right next step.

What’s the first step if I want to work with you?

Start by booking a free 20-minute call. It’s relaxed and informal – just a chance for us to connect and see if this kind of support feels like a good fit.

Do you offer one-off sessions, or only ongoing support?

With accountability people usually need ongoing support – however I am very happy to offer one focused session to help you find clarity and then if you need it we can move to reguar monthly support. We’ll shape it around what you need.

I’ve tried to hold myself accountable before but it didnt last, and I felt overwhelmed. Will this be different?

That’s something I hear often. Its not easy for everyone to hold yourself accountable long term, everyones brain works differently and for some people having that external support and accountabiity is important. My approach is calm, personalised, and spacious – no pressure, no pushing. Just gentle, grounded support at your pace.

I’m neurodivergent / have access needs – can we talk about that?
