Terms & Conditions

  • My usual working hours are 9am-4pm European Time (1 hour ahead of UK time)
  • I provide a free 15 minute consultation call, usually done via Zoom.
  • My working time is tracked using Toggl and I round up to the nearest 15 minutes
  • All on-going work is invoiced at the end of the month and is payable within 7 days
  • Retainer work is payable before the start of the month.
  • All ad-hoc work which will be invoiced as soon as the work is completed.
  • If payment is late, any ongoing work will be stopped until payment is made
  • Rates may be subject to VAT (IVA as it’s called in Spain) at a rate of 21%. This depends on whether you are VAT registered or not. Anyone not VAT registered will need to pay the IVA **revision – rules have changed and currently there is no VAT to be charged regardless of your VAT status
  • My preferred method of communication is via email.
  • Any time spent on meetings, responding to emails or phone calls will be billable.
  • Missed meetings will be billable unless 2 hours notice given.
  • Notice period is one month written notice for retainer clients
  • Retainer clients will have priority in terms of work turnaround
  • These T&C’s may be updated at any time to suit the business requirements
  • Rates are reviewed each year
  • Any work undertaken by me will be kept strictly confidential
  • All passwords and information will be kept confidential and secure using LastPass
