Allowing someone else to manage your diary is important so you don’t have to spend time planning or forgetting important meetings.

In this age there is no need for a paper diary on your desk, all of your appointments and meetings can be put onto an online calendar and handled remotely by a Virtual Assistant.

There are some great platforms out there that allow multiple users so that everyone has the same information. Two great ones are Microsoft Outlook and Google calendar and choosing one will depending on which email system you use.

I always start with having a Zoom call to go through which system you want to use, and make sure everyone who needs to be involved is set up so that everyone who needs access has access. I can provide a short training session for the team via Zoom so that everyone is onboard with the chosen system and it’s functions.

There are some great features, it is not just a case of being able to book in an appointment, it will also allow me, as your diary manager to:

  • see client contact details
  • email appointments to colleagues
  • link to google maps
  • add notes
  • attach documents
  • set alarms

This means you will have all the information you need without the worry of sorting it out yourself.

I can set recurring entries, set all day events, liaise with your team and clients to set up all your meetings, days off and holiday.

Alongside managing your time, I can also book restaurant reservations, travel and accommodation, find and book suitable meeting rooms, dentist, doctors…..(the list is endless)
